Masters Degree in Computer Science
The Master of Science program in Computer Science was officially established in 2003 and provides students with knowledge and skills in: computer theory, system architecture, operating systems, algorithm analysis, communication networks, software engineering and information technology. This will allow the students to study specialised courses in more detail so that they can carry out their research more efficiently.
There are two programs:
Program A. The emphasis here is on producing qualified computer scientists who have the potential to carry out research, develop new knowledge and produce high quality work in response to the country’s needs.
Program B. The emphasis of this program is to produce computer scientists who have the knowledge to develop and design for information technology, network systems, software systems, artificial intelligence and multimedia plus the ability to manage human and computer resources with efficiency.
Program A and B places emphasis on producing computer scientists who can create and sustain academic progress, are interested in acquiring and sharing new knowledge and who have a responsibility to share their virtues and ethics.
Head of the Program: Assistant Professor Dr. Somjit Arch-int
Duration of application: December - February of every year
The number of students admitted per year 40
